In graduate school, evidence show students are substantially negatively impacted by stress, self-judgment, and poor sleep habits. Through this workshop, graduate students will have a unique opportunity to learn Koru Mindfulness skills to improve health, reduce stress, and enhance academic performance. KORU Mindfulness is an evidence-based curriculum specifically designed for teaching mindfulness, meditation, and stress management to graduate students, Through this introductory workshop, KORU will provide students with knowledge and practical tips that leas to: less stress, better sleep, and less self-judgement.
